Located directly on the beach, easily accessible from Nice and Cannes via the coastal road, the surroundings are quiet as there are mainly holiday apartments and marinas, spacious rooms with a seating area in a fresh summer design, ours with a terrace, tiny gym, pleasant, friendly staff, rich breakfast, pool ( not used since March), garage directly in the neighboring building. Also practical if you go to the fair in Cannes.

Great staff, very accommodating. The location is awesome, just a stone's throw away from the beach 🏖️. Plus, you've got a bunch of restaurants, shops, and the old town nearby. It's a lively area with bars, a boardwalk, and a pebbly beach all within easy reach.

The hotel's location is amazing, just a short walk from Marina Baie des Anges, and the staff is very friendly and welcoming.

A very pleasant atmosphere at the reception and during the whole stay until check-out. Unique location on the beach. Shopping centre almost opposite on the main street. Otherwise in a very quiet street. Very good breakfast. The room with bathroom very pleasantly decorated. So everything's fine.

The units are bright and fairly quiet with a lovely seaview. The location is fantastic in a pretty peaceful area, right next to the beach and a Casino supermarket. Don't miss out on exploring the Villeneuve Loubet Beach district.
